|Learnosphere is a powerful, flexible and easy-to-use Learning Management System (LMS). It has an intuitive interface and a host of user-friendly features, and enables organizations to manage the entire learning and development process from enrollment and delivery to testing, tracking and reporting.
Learnosphere supports both the self-paced (asynchronous) and facilitated (synchronous, via web conferencing and social features) modes of learning, thereby providing a comprehensive learning experience to users. It is built on a three-tier architecture, enabling organizations to offer courses not just to internal users, but also to external vendors or clients, and manage them from a single dashboard.
|The Internal Project Of IFMR Which is used for Internal Training & assessment (LMS) of Employees in the organization. It is used To assess the employees performance by conducting various tests and used as appraisal system of employees in the organization. The Admin (Manager) will have the access of employees performance at various levels and by evaluating the performance the employees will be promoted to the next level. And it will issue the certificates to employees who has performed (Passed in the tests) well.
The users (Employees) will have a separate dashboard where they can able to see the tests assigned to them and the alerts they have been received. They can able to attend the test from their dashboard and can monitor their performance.

|Responsible for customizing a Learning Management System with Moodle as its base
Understand and analyse the requirements pertaining to LMS from internal as well as external customers
Provide technical support to customers
Facilitate review rounds and ensure appropriate corrective action
